A Tribute -- Where I talk about love for the millionth time.

Recently, I have become acquainted with a person who is so full of love, it's spilling out of them anywhere and everywhere they go. Not love in the way we have grown to identify "love" but real LOVE towards everything and everyone in a way that is almost eerie and unidentifiable to me.

I, someone who more or less seldom shows love, is very hard to love and is just very wary around anything and anyone with a relationship that has the L word in it.

Knowing that person, seeing the way they view the world, or try to view the world, despite the daily challenges, the shitty people and everything else, with love, has shed a whole new light on the way I have grown to view things.

Everything in this world is almost carried with love, we are made with love, created with love, pushed into the world with love. Despite the side effects of it all, the way the world treats everyone, we all still somehow look, search for and if lucky enough manage to find love.

And it doesn't have to be love in the sense of two people falling in love with each-other -romantically- but rather, the way human souls are connected to each-other in a way that can only be described as magic. This kind of connection that can be found with family, friends, acquaintance, sometimes even complete strangers!

If anyone knows me, they know I have a weird appreciation for human relationships. I love how complex they are, feelings wise. I love observing and studying different relationships between individuals, their acts, how it affects them, how two or more people can come together and create something that is simply based off of a mutual understanding and connection.

A connection that keeps you wondering, what just happened, what kind of weird thing this is; to find a person that can be so connected to you in a way that you've never known before.

And if it's not that, we still fall in love on daily basis. With people's smiles, with a random stranger's remark, with someone complementing us, with ourselves, with the sky, the trees, the rain, it is a fact that love is all around us. Whether or not we choose to see it and embrace it is up to us.

Learning to have the capacity to love anyone and everyone, in a world full of discrimination and hatred and fear is very important I have learned. Finding people who still manage to put their differences aside, remember that we're all human to the core, bones, blood and flesh, nothing more, nothing less, hearts beating as one, people that choose to remember that we're all deserving of love, of being loved the same, equally, are the best.

Knowing that person made me realise, that deep down, I -sadly- do believe in love.

Much to my dismay obviously.
